Job summary

Air Methods CBS in Sullivan, MO seeks an experienced Emergency Medical Technician-Paramedic to deliver pre-hospital advanced life support. The role requires 3+ years in a busy 911 system, flight crew experience, and strong documentation and communication skills.

You will participate in mission briefings, liftoff procedures, and safety protocols, maintaining readiness and equipment integrity during all transports.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED; 3+ years’ related experience and/or training or equivalent
Bachelor’s degree in health-related field preferred
Minimum three (3) years’ recent experience in a busy 911 system
Previous critical care transport and flight experience a plus

Responsibilities

Provides pre-hospital advanced life support care from initial contact to handoff to receiving facility; documents patient care thoroughly.
Maintains licensure, certifications, continuing education, aviation and safety training records; participates in ongoing education.
Reports equipment failures and ensures repair; maintains adequate onboard supplies and clean aircraft for rapid response.
