Advocate Health, WI Resource Team, is seeking an ICU float RN to provide adaptable, high‑quality nursing care across multiple hospitals and units in Wisconsin. You will be part of a multi‑site resource team and float as needed to meet patient care needs.

The role requires 2+ years ICU RN experience, RN license, BLS and ACLS, and a schedule including nights with 12‑hour shifts. Weekend and holiday coverage are part of the job, with self‑scheduling and floating as directed.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsabilidades

• Engage in nursing processes to assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Provide high-quality ICU care across multiple sites as needed.
• Adhere to safety standards and documentation practices.
• Float to units or facilities within the service area as required.
• Collaborate with care teams and participate in quality initiatives.
• Maintain age-appropriate, patient-centered care and ethical standards.
