Job summary

Advocate Health’s WI Resource Team seeks an experienced ICU float RN to support multiple hospitals across Wisconsin. The role requires 2 years ICU experience, BLS and ACLS, and an RN license. 0.9 FTE schedule features 12-hour night shifts (1900–0730) and day-to-day floating within a multi-site network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Active RN license in practice state.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required.
• Minimum 2 years ICU RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Engage in governance, quality initiatives and care improvements.
• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process.
• Monitor patients and adjust care plans in collaboration with the team.
• Maintain high standards of safety and accurate documentation.
