Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing is required.
• Two years ICU RN experience is required.
• Valid New York State RN license and registration.
• Basic Life Support and Infection Control Training required.
• English communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates leadership in coordinating patient care and assigns plans.
• Completes admission assessments within 8 hours and documents care plans.
• Communicates with the health care team and family about care decisions.
• Maintains standards of practice and participates in performance improvement.
• Provides direct patient care and ensures safe, high-quality care.
