Montefiore Medical Center in Englewood Cliffs, NJ is seeking a Registered Nurse for ICU Float Pool assignments across the enterprise. The RN will uphold nursing standards, participate in interdisciplinary rounds, and provide patient-centered care in a fast-paced ICU setting.

The role requires a valid NY RN license, two years ICU experience, and a two-year commitment to the float pool. Shift is 7 AM–7:30 PM, weekdays with alternating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in nursing is required.
• Valid New York State RN license and registration.
• Two years ICU RN experience is required.
• BLS and Infection Control Training is required.
• Two-year commitment to the float pool is required.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrates leadership in coordinating and delivering patient care.
• Completes admission assessments within 8 hours and documents findings.
• Maintains continuous data collection and interdisciplinary communication.
• Implements teaching and discharge planning within 24 hours of admission.
• Maintains safety and quality standards across shifts while collaborating with the care team.
