Qualifikationen

• Effective English communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to use basic data entry systems.
• This is a critical care float pool position requiring a two-year commitment.

Aufgaben

• Demonstrates leadership in coordination and delivery of patient care.
• Coordinates an interdisciplinary plan of care.
• Ensures 100% assigned patients have a documented plan of care.
• Completes admission assessments within 8 hours.
• Documents teaching and discharge planning within 24 hours of admission.
• Participates in daily interdisciplinary rounds to coordinate care.
