Job summary

Aurora Health (now part of Advocate Health) WI Float Pool is looking for an ICU RN to support multiple Wisconsin facilities with flexible float assignments and 12‑hour night shifts. This role requires RN licensure, BLS, and 1–2 years ICU experience, with self-scheduling and weekend/holiday expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year ICU RN experience; 2 years strongly preferred.
• RN license required in state of practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, evidence-based nursing care across ICU and float settings.
• Float to multiple care environments within a designated zone and collaborate with teams.
• Coordinate care to ensure patient safety and optimal experience.
• Maintain competency to practice across all acute-care facilities in the zone.
