Qualifications

• Registered Nurse license issued by the state where the team member practices.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification (AHA).

Responsibilities

• Uses the nursing process to assess patient needs, plan interventions, and evaluate care with patient/family involvement.
• Continuously assesses patient condition and adjusts plan; mobilizes resources and collaborates with the care team.
• Implement strategies to reduce patient risk and improve safety; tailor teaching to patient/family.
