Job summary

Advocate Health in Wisconsin is seeking experienced ICU Float Pool RNs to deliver high-quality care across multiple hospitals. You will work nights in a 12-hour shift, with self-scheduling and 6-week site rotations across Zone 2 facilities.

Requirements include BLS, RN license in Wisconsin, and 1 year ICU experience. The role offers 0.9 FTE Full-time schedule, with benefits and competitive pay ranging from $38.20–$57.30 per hour.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active registered nurse license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where care is provided.
• BLS certification required.
• Typically requires 1 year of experience in clinical nursing.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance, quality initiatives to improve care.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team.
• Upholds and promotes a culture of safety and accurate EHR documentation.
• May float to other units or facilities within the service area as needed.
• Adhere to age-specific care needs and supportive patient/family involvement.
