Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license from an accredited nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care and assess patient health needs.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans in coordination with the care team.
• Coordinate with other health professionals to ensure safe, effective care.
• Act as patient advocate and communicate effectively with patients and families.
• Maintain mandatory education and participate in quality improvement activities.
