Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking experienced ICU nurses for a Critical Care Float Pool. This role offers daily variety across MICU, TSICU, Neuro ICU, SICU, CCU, CVICU, NIMU and VIMCU with a collaborative team and flexible self-scheduling.

The position emphasizes an individualized orientation, ongoing support, and opportunities to grow within an academic medical center. Prior ICU experience and RN licensure required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program required.
• License Registered Nurse required; BSN preferred.
• 1–3 years related ICU experience preferred; travel nursing valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care with nursing judgments and care plans.
• Coordinate care and supervise assistive personnel for safe patient care.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and health professionals.
• Maintain mandatory education and participate in quality improvement activities.
