CHI St. Joseph's Health of Park Rapids, part of CommonSpirit Health, is seeking an ICU/ER Registered Nurse to support both the ICU and Emergency Department.

In this float role, you will provide life-saving interventions, bridge stabilization to long‑term care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in high‑acuity environments. The ideal candidate will have RN license in Minnesota, BLS/ACLS/PALS, and TNCC within 12 months; strong clinical judgement and compassionate patient-family

Competenze

• Graduate of accredited professional nursing education program.
• Registered Nurse licensed by the state of Minnesota.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must obtain within six (6) months start date.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) must be obtained within six (6) months of start date.
• Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) must be obtained within 12 months of start date.

Mansioni

• Critical Care Management: Provide comprehensive, high‑acuity nursing care to patients in the ICU, including ventilator management, complex medication titration, and continuous hemodynamic monitoring.
