CHI St. Joseph's Health in Park Rapids, MN is seeking an ICU/ER Registered Nurse to provide life-saving critical care across the ICU and Emergency Department, bridging stabilization and long-term management in high-acuity settings.
You will manage ventilator care, arterial and central lines, and hemodynamic monitoring while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and dignity for every patient in fast-paced environments.

In this dynamic role, you will bridge the gap between acute stabilization and long-term critical care. You are a highly skilled clinician who thrives in high-acuity environments, capable of transitioning seamlessly between the fast-paced, unpredictable nature of the ER and the complex, high-monitoring requirements of the ICU. To thrive in this float role, you must possess exceptional clinical judgment, adaptability, and the ability to build immediate rapport with patients and families during their most critical moments. You are a collaborative professional who remains calm under pressure and is committed to maintaining the highest standards of safety and dignity for every patient, regardless of the setting.
