Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited professional nursing education program.
• Registered Nurse licensed by the State of Minnesota.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) must be obtained within six (6) months of start date.
• Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) must be obtained within six (6) months of start date.
• Trauma Nurse Core Course (TNCC) must be obtained within 12 months of start date.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, high-acuity nursing care to ICU patients, including ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Perform rapid triage and stabilization in the ER, supporting providers during crises.
• Identify changes in patient status and adjust care plans collaboratively with the medical team.
• Deliver culturally competent care respectful of diverse patient backgrounds.
• Maintain precise documentation and contribute to quality improvement initiatives.
