Job summary
Banner Health is seeking an RN Resource Team ICU Float to join the care teams at Banner Baywood Medical Center and Banner Heart Hospital. You will assess, plan and deliver nursing care on the ICU and CVICU units, with opportunities to float to Med/Surg, PCU, and Obs as staffing requires.
The role includes full-time day shifts, with notable differential incentives for night and weekend hours, and additional float incentives.
Qualifications
- Current RN license in state of practice
- ACLS may be required depending on unit
- Experience in ICU or acute care settings preferred
Responsibilities
- Assess, plan, implement and document nursing care per policy
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to meet patient needs
- Provide family education and discharge planning
