Job summary

Banner Health is seeking an ICU Float Nurse on the Resource Team who will cover multiple ICU units, including Trauma Surgical ICU, Cardiovascular ICU, Neurological ICU, and Medical-Surgical ICU.

The role offers a full-time night shift (7:00pm-7:30am) with an 18% night differential, $3/hour weekend differential, and an additional $3/hour float incentive. Holiday/weekend coverage and self-scheduling support are provided.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in state of practice; BLS certification required.
• Experience in an acute care hospital setting desired.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs across physical, psychological and social dimensions.
• Formulate and update a plan of care with input from patients and family.
• Implement care, coordinate with the health care team and supervise staff as needed.
• Evaluate patient response to care and adjust plans accordingly.
• Document assessments, plans and outcomes in patient records.
