Job summary

Banner Health is seeking an RN for the Critical Care Resource Team in Queen Creek, AZ. You will float between units, gain experience across multiple departments, and be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced setting.

Required are current RN licensure, BLS certification, and at least 1 year of ICU or ED experience. The role includes day shift hours with weekend/holiday rotation and opportunities for self-scheduling support.

Qualifications

• Must have current RN license and BLS.
• ICU or ED nursing experience required (minimum 1 year).
• Ability to float between departments and provide supervision as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, evaluate and document nursing care.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to develop and revise care plans.
• Float between units and provide direction to staff as needed.
• Ensure accurate documentation and communication of patient status.
