Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience required
• 6 months RN experience in Med/Surg, Critical Care, Stepdown, or Emergency Department preferred
• Bachelor of Science Nursing (preferred, not required)

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team
• Conduct and analyze patient assessments, create a plan of care, implement treatment, and evaluate effectiveness
• Synthesize information to take evidence-based, patient-focused action
• Anticipate and respond to rapidly changing patient conditions
• Administer medications safely per policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned
