Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Intensive Care Unit at Clermont Hospital in Ohio. The role focuses on delivering exceptional critical care with strong organizational and leadership skills to assess patient status and prioritize needs.

You will implement interventions for acute patients, develop care plans, and ensure a safe environment. The position requires 1 year of RN experience and current RN licensure.

Qualifications

• RN license current in the state.
• BSN preferred but not required.
• 1 year RN experience required.
• ACLS/BLS certifications preferred at hire; ACLS within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient status using clinical judgement and organize care.
• Determine patient priorities and needs.
• Implement interventions for acutely ill patients.
• Develop and implement patient care plans to improve outcomes.
• Maintain safe and therapeutic environment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team.
