Job summary

Bon Secours Mercy Health is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the ICU at St. Elizabeth Boardman Hospital in Ohio. The role emphasizes leadership, patient assessment, and evidence-based care for acute and critical patients.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in State of Ohio (or eligible)
• 1 year RN experience required
• 6 months RN experience in Med/Surg, Critical Care, Stepdown, or Emergency Department preferred
• BLS ACLS PALS certifications recommended (ACLS required within 6 months)

Responsibilities

• Assess patient status and prioritize care
• Develop and implement care plans for acute/critical patients
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and administer medications safely
• Maintain safe, therapeutic environment and respond to rapidly changing conditions
• Perform other duties as assigned
