Qualifications

• BSN preferred.
• Current state RN licensure.
• ACLS and BLS preferred at hire; ACLS within 6 months.
• PALS preferred at hire or in lieu of BLS/ACLS for Pediatric Units.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team.
• Conducts and analyzes initial and ongoing patient assessment; creates a plan of care.
• Implements treatment and evaluates effectiveness of interventions.
• Prioritizes information to take evidence-based patient-focused action.
• Administer medications safely per state practice and policies.
