Medical City Decatur, part of HCA Healthcare, is hiring a Clinical Nurse Coordinator (ICU) to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care and coordinate all unit functions during the shift. The CNC collaborates with the management team to guide nursing care according to policies and standards while supporting staff and patient outcomes.

The role emphasizes admission/discharge throughput, staff scheduling, inventory management, and staff development.

Competenze

• Advanced Cardiac Life Support and Basic Life Support required within 30 days of employment.
• RN license in good standing.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in nursing.

Mansioni

• Coordinate unit functions during the shift to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with management to monitor nursing care compliance with policies.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, staffing, scheduling, and evaluations.
• Support staff development, conflict resolution, and performance feedback.
• Oversee inventory, supplies, and equipment management for the unit.
