Qualifications

• RN license or compact state RN license required.
• Associate Degree in Nursing or higher required.
• ACLS, BCLS, TNCC certifications must be obtained within specified times.

Responsibilities

• Ensures delivery of high quality, patient-centered care.
• Directs, monitors, and evaluates nursing care within the unit.
• Collaborates with management to improve patient outcomes and service.
• Supports staffing through scheduling and labor management.
• Oversees training, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Manages inventory and supplies within the unit.
• Partners with leadership to advance nursing strategies and engagement.
