• 1 year of nursing leadership/coordination experience.

• Assist with admission and discharge to ensure throughput and high quality patient-centered care.
• Assess the quality of patient care services in collaboration with the management team.
• Collaborate with managers to create an environment of teamwork for improved outcomes.
• Support a patient-first philosophy and engage in service recovery when necessary.
• Operationalize nursing strategies (e.g., hourly rounds) to improve engagement.
• Recommend and implement staffing, training, policy compliance, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Assist with staff scheduling and manage labor according to patient care needs and productivity guidelines.
• Support inventory control and assist with managing supplies and equipment.
