Job summary

Mission Hospital, part of HCA Healthcare, is seeking a Clinical Nurse Coordinator to lead patient-centered care on the PCU. The CNC will collaborate with management to monitor nursing care and serve as a resource for staff during daily operations.

The role requires ACLS/BCLS and NIHSS within 30 days of starting, RN licensure, and a Bachelor’s or Associate Degree in Nursing, with at least one year of relevant experience.

Qualifications

• RN license required.
• Bachelor's or Associate Degree in Nursing.
• ACLS, BCLS, NIH Stroke Scale within 30 days of start date.
• 1 year of experience required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care alongside a multidisciplinary team.
• Assist with admission and discharge processes.
• Coach and train staff to improve performance and engagement.
• Assist with staff scheduling and resource coordination.
• Partner with leadership to support improved outcomes and service.
