Job summary

Medical City Denton, part of HCA Healthcare, seeks an RN ICU Clinical Nurse Coordinator for day shift to ensure high-quality, patient-centered care. The CNC will direct unit functions, support staff, and collaborate with management to optimize throughput and clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• RN with BSN required and valid licensure.
• Minimum 1 year ICU supervision or CNC ICU experience.
• ACLS and BLS certifications must be obtained within 30 days of start.

Responsibilities

• Assist with admission and discharge to ensure throughput and care quality.
• Monitor and evaluate nursing care per policy and procedures.
• Collaborate with leadership to maintain teamwork and outcomes.
• Support patient-first philosophy and service recovery as needed.
• Support staffing and scheduling to meet patient care needs.
• Oversee inventory and supplies within unit.
