The position requires Ohio RN licensure, ACLS and BLS certifications, and prior leadership experience in a critical care setting. You will develop schedules, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement with leadership support.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in Ohio; ACLS/BLS certifications.
• Leadership experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Strong communication and team coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations and supervise inter-disciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Coordinate staffing, scheduling and resource use for the unit.
• Participate in budget monitoring and cost-efficient practice.
• Promote safety, quality and patient satisfaction initiatives.
