Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership skills
• 2+ years clinical leadership or supervisory experience
• Current RN licensure in Ohio; BLS/ACLS certifications

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations to ensure quality, services, and patient satisfaction.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes and resource utilization.
• Direct, delegate, and engage in treatment of patients and families to improve health outcomes.
• Establish systems and processes with leadership for safe, efficient service delivery.
• Participate in recruitment, staff development, and budget considerations.
• Serve on unit and hospital committees to advance clinical practice and outcomes.
• Perform departmental audits and daily rounds to assess patient experience and staff performance.
