Job summary

OhioHealth is seeking a Clinical Leader PCLM to provide leadership for the Oncology Unit. You will design, implement, evaluate programs and processes to assure quality, patient satisfaction and efficient resource use. Night shift, 36 hours weekly.

The position requires RN licensure in Ohio, ACLS/BLS, and demonstrated leadership with 2+ years of clinical experience; participation in committees and budgeting is expected.

Qualifications

• Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Active leadership skills.
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience in department-specific setting.
• BLS/ACLS certified in related field.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical operations to ensure quality, service, and patient satisfaction.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and flow.
• Participate in recruitment and staff development.
• Assist budget processes and promote cost-effective resource use as an HRO.
