Job summary
Trinity Health is seeking a Clinical Leader for 2 South in Michigan. The role coordinates daily unit operations and leads the care team to ensure optimal patient care for a Mixed Medical/Surgical ICU population. You will promote the ANA standards and SJMO Model of Care, and drive nursing practice through shared governance.
Requires a BSN (preferred), Michigan RN license, BLS and ACLS, and at least two years of leadership experience in a healthcare setting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred.
- Active license to practice nursing in the State of Michigan.
- BLS required within 45 days of hire or transfer; ACLS required within 6 months of hire or transfer.
- Two years of experience in healthcare with demonstrated leadership ability.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and facilitate optimal care on the 2 South unit.
- Manage unit operations in accordance with ANA standards and SJMO leadership.
- Promote SJMO Model of Care and shared governance to drive nursing practice.
