Corewell Health Beaumont Grosse Pointe Hospital is seeking a clinical leader to serve as Clinical Nurse Manager for the Critical Care Unit, overseeing a 13-bed CCU and 4-bed SICU within a Level III Trauma Center.

The role requires a BSN, MI RN license, and at least three years of clinical nursing experience, plus one year in leadership. You will drive quality initiatives, mentor staff, and ensure safe, high-quality patient care in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• BSN required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of clinical nursing experience.
• MI Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• AHA or ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) required.
• One year of formal nursing leadership experience (external candidates).

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the Critical Care Unit (CCU) and Surgical ICU within the Level III Trauma Center.
• Drive quality initiatives, patient safety, and operational effectiveness.
• Mentor, develop, and inspire a high-performing nursing team.
• Collaborate with physicians, staff, and other departments to ensure safe and effective patient care.
