Trinity Health Oakland in Pontiac, MI seeks a Cardiac Care Unit Nurse Manager to lead a 32-bed CCU. You will oversee day-to-day operations, staffing, and clinical practice to ensure safe, high-quality patient care across a high-acuity cardiac population.

Requirements include Michigan RN license, BSN, and 3+ years of leadership experience; a Master's degree is preferred. This role offers competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits as part of Trinity Health.

Qualifications

• State of Michigan Registered Nursing license required.
• BSN degree required; Master's preferred.

Responsabilités

• Serves as a member of the organization’s nursing leadership team. Responsible for day-to-day operations, scheduling, staffing and providing 24/7 accountability for patient care delivery, planning, and evaluation of services of one or more clinical areas.
• Participates in and supports strategic development and outcomes management of nursing clinical areas.
• Responsible for review and evaluation of operations and services in accordance with business requirements, marketplace trends and technological needs.
• Provides clinical and administrative leadership for planning, organizing, directing, monitoring and evaluating safe, superior and preeminent quality patient care to ensure the advancement of clinical practice and patient care for a nursing unit that is consistent with the ANA Scope of Practice, American Organization of Nurse Leaders (AONL) Nurse Leader/Manager competencies, and American Nurses Credentialing Center Magnet Standards.
• Collaborate with and support director and key leaders, groups and stakeholder audiences in the development and implementation of operational plans, goals and objectives.
