The role requires an RN license, at least two years of clinical experience, and certifications such as ACLS, PALS, and NRP. You will mentor staff, liaise with stakeholders, and support department operations during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Nursing degree from an accredited school, valid RN license in the state, and relevant clinical experience (minimum of two years).

• Certifications such as ACLS, PALS, NRP, and specialty-specific credentials are required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care, supervise and delegate tasks to nursing staff, develop and implement departmental plans to meet regulatory standards, and mentor team members.
• Act as liaison to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring professional conduct and excellent customer service.
• Manage daily staffing, assist with staff orientation, and monitor staff performance.
