Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide support to Staff on all supported software platforms.
• Set up and break down computer labs in classrooms, offices, and residence halls.
• Respond to tech support requests via ticketing system, phone, and walk-ins.
• Install and configure new devices (AD/Azure Autopilot) and desktop software.
• Manage antivirus and assist users with hardware/software troubleshooting.
• Provide classroom and public space AV support for events.
• Maintain inventory and assist with equipment repair/replacements.
• Communicate scheduling needs and technology updates to staff and students.
