Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• Proven experience leading customer-facing program management in Telecom or Professional Services.
• Deep knowledge of 5G, 5G Core (5GC), IMS Core, and cloud-native architectures.
• Strong understanding of autonomous networks and orchestration per TM Forum AN model.
• Hands-on knowledge of AI/ML for network automation and GenAI implementations.
• Financial/commercial acumen including program finance management and modeling.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate, own outcomes, and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-level communication.
• Track record delivering outcomes for Tier-1 operators; improving SLAs, on-time/on-budget delivery.
• Value creation and consultative selling capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large, complex multi-domain technology programs.
• Define and drive the total customer solution with cross-functional teams.
• Own program planning, governance, and execution across all scope.
• Manage operational customer relationship, including contract strategy and risk.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and business cases.
• Identify opportunities to expand service scope and value.
• Reduce operational issues via automation and AI-driven solutions.
• Provide clarity and direction in fast-paced environments across Core, cloud, automation, and AI domains.
• Contribute to organizational growth, asset development, and Professional Services culture.
