Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Customer Solutions Director – BCSS for the T-Mobile CTO team in Bellevue, WA. You will steer BCSS portfolio strategies, lead architecture, and engage with executive stakeholders to shape solutions across Core, Cloud, OSS/BSS, and related domains.

You will collaborate with sales and product teams to translate customer needs into competitive BCSS offerings, drive AI and automation initiatives, and influence product roadmaps with direct customer feedback.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in telecom/ICT with BCSS focus.
• Strong architecture and solution management background.
• Proven relationships with CSP customers at senior levels.
• Experience with product areas and standardization initiatives.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to influence at executive levels.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with CU Core 3, Market Area teams and BCSS Product to capture T-Mobile requirements and develop solutions.
• Formulate strategies for network/service transformation with automation, AI, and end-to-end architectures.
• Lead solutioning and architecture across BCSS domains (Packet Core, Cloud-native apps, charging/billing, OSS/BSS, orchestration).
• Drive AI- and automation-focused BCSS initiatives to improve network/service performance.
• Evaluate requirements for new consumer/enterprise services with end-to-end performance in BCSS and adjacent domains.
• Advise CTO and Account teams on BCSS strategies, roadmaps, and solution decisions.
• Partner with sales/commercial teams to translate opportunities into BCSS offerings/proposals.
• Influence BCSS portfolio strategy by feeding customer feedback into product development and standards.
