Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; electronics certification preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of electronics manufacturing experience preferred.
• Experience operating ICT or automated test equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate ICT equipment to test PCBAs.
• Follow test procedures and quality standards.
• Analyze test failures and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Document test results and production metrics.
• Maintain 5S and safety procedures; support continuous improvement.
