Job summary

Benchmark Electronics Inc in Huntsville, AL is seeking a manufacturing/test technician to perform ICT and functional testing on PCB assemblies and products. You will set up test equipment, run tests, record results, and identify defects while supporting a 24/7 global operation.

The role requires 2+ years in advanced electronic testing, ability to read schematics, and proficiency with basic test tools. Training on new equipment is available; overtime may be required.

Responsibilities

• Set up test equipment and follow test procedures.
• Operate test equipment and record results in the Quality Management System.
• Identify components and read values.
• Document defects and advise test procedures.
• Assist in mentoring other testers.
• Troubleshoot to PCA level as needed.
• Support 24/7 global operations.
