Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 2–5 years manufacturing experience.
  • Understanding of basic electronic component handling and ESD.
  • Oral and written communication skills with supervisors and co-workers.
  • Self-motivated and able to work as a team in a continuous improvement environment.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn other software applications.
  • Ability to test, assemble and inspect ADTRAN products per Q50 and IPC-A-610 quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Follow ATP procedures and automated tests to ensure quality performance.
  • Use tools for assembly build.
  • Use mechanical drawings and work instructions.
  • Assemble packaging and load pallets with boxes.
  • Pack products according to instructions and ensure proper handling.
  • Maintain attendance to support continuous workflow.
  • Perform other duties to ensure 100% quality and accuracy.
