Yami’s in Edison, NJ is seeking an ICQA Analyst to ensure inventory accuracy and quality across inbound to outbound processes. You will lead audits, implement loss prevention, and drive Kaizen projects, while supervising on-site ICQA staff.

This role requires a BS in a related field, at least 3 years in inventory management in a high-volume warehouse, strong data skills (SQL, Excel), and a Lean mindset with 5S and root‑cause analysis.

Qualifications

• BS in Industrial Engineering, Operations Engineering, Process Engineering, Supply Chain, or related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years in inventory management in a high-volume warehouse.
• Data-driven with strong SQL/Excel data skills.
• Lean mindset with 5S, root-cause analysis and Kaizen experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and continuous improvement.
• Conduct root cause analysis of defects to drive optimization.
• Ensure quality of in-store products and monitor expiration dates.
• Audit processes to ensure SOP adherence across operations.
• Own Andon Cord process and lead Kaizen projects for improvement.
• Manage ICQA personnel performance and lead daily problem-solving.
