Job summary

Yami is seeking an ICQA Analyst to ensure inventory accuracy and quality across inbound to outbound processes in our busy warehouse. You will lead audits, monitor data integrity, and implement improvements to prevent losses and defects.

The role requires strong data analysis skills, English and Mandarin communication, and experience with Lean methods to drive continuous improvement in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• BS in Industrial Engineering, Operations Engineering, Process Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years in inventory management, preferably Inventory Control.

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and continuous improvement.
• Conduct root cause analysis on defects and discrepancies.
• Ensure quality of in-store products, monitor expiration dates, and manage damage.
• Establish and implement audit mechanisms to ensure SOP compliance across operations.
• Own the Andon Cord process and drive Kaizen projects for continuous improvement.
