Job summary

Stord is seeking an Operations Manager – ICQA to lead site-specific inventory accuracy and quality programs. You will drive RCA/CAPA, data-driven improvements, and partner with site leadership to address root causes of defects, ensuring adherence to SOPs and KPI tracking.

You will collaborate with Operations, HR, and BI teams to improve audit speed and accuracy, guiding a culture of accuracy and proactive problem-solving across the site.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing cycle counts, physical inventories, audits.
• Strong data analysis and trend-identification abilities.
• Proven leadership to develop ICQA staff and coordinate with HR and site leadership.

Responsibilities

• Oversee ICQA activities (cycle counts, physical inventories, audits, investigations, reconciliations, projects) for the assigned site.
• Ensure consistent application of SOPs, KPI tracking, and corrective action processes.
• Lead deployment of ICQA tools, training matrices, and network-standard reporting.
• Partner with Fulfillment Operations to maintain control limits for exceptions and location accuracy.
