Job summary

Genuine Parts Company seeks an ICQA Associate to ensure inventory accuracy and product quality for NAPA parts in the distribution center. You will perform cycle counts, audits, and inspections using handheld scanners, resolve discrepancies, and uphold safety standards.

Reporting to the ICQA Manager, you will coordinate with warehouse teams, monitor stock levels, and contribute to continuous improvement through data analysis and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
• Analytical skills to identify discrepancies and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily inventory levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Reconcile physical stock with system records through regular counts.
• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for quality and conformity.
• Maintain inventory records and update systems promptly.
• Collaborate with warehouse teams to optimize stock flow.
