Job summary

Amazon.com Services LLC is seeking an ICQA Area Manager for our California fulfillment center in San Diego. You will lead safety actions, count accuracy, audits, and shift execution to meet network goals while upholding SOX controls.

You'll drive process improvements, coach team members, and collaborate with Loss Prevention and operations to ensure inventory integrity and customer obsession.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• Strong English communication, verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Own ICQA count, productivity, and audit execution goals per network strategies.
• Lead shift planning and roster management to meet the spend plan.
• Drive process improvements and coach the ICQA team for growth and retention.
• Review customer complaints and define action plans to reduce incidents.
