Qualifications

• Direct care and oversight of behavioral health services.
• Fidelity to accreditation standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plans, manages, and directs daily operations of the ICM Team (10 case managers).
• Provides clinical oversight and on-call support when needed.
• Ensures charts and documentation meet ASO, QI, CARF, DBHDD, and other standards.
• Participates in meetings and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
• Recruits, hires, and trains new team members; monitors productivity.
