Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field and current Georgia licensure (LCSW, LPC, or LMFT) required; four years of experience managing professional staff preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises staff, monitoring and coaching productivity.
• Directs day-to-day operations of Behavioral Health Services.
• Oversees the program planning, budget development and evaluation activities.
• Ensures behavioral health services are in full compliance with accreditation/contract requirements.
• Coordinates communication within units and with HR for staffing and policy updates.
