Qualifications

• Minimum of four years of experience working with adults with severe persistent mental illness (SPMI).
• Active GA counseling license (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) required.
• Valid Georgia Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and support to ICM staff.
• Conduct weekly treatment team meetings.
• Monitor compliance with program standards.
• Coordinate care transitions for individuals.
