Job summary

Gateway CSB is seeking a senior manager to direct the Intensive Case Management (ICM) program and supervise staff. You will guide daily operations, ensure compliance, and align services with the IRP and quality standards.

Strong collaboration with HR, QA, and leadership will be essential to drive improvements. Required is a Master’s degree in a related field with Georgia licensure and several years of supervisory experience in behavioral health.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in a related field and Georgia licensure (LCSW/LPC/LMFT) required.
• Four years’ experience managing professional level staff preferred.
• Strong leadership, supervisory and compliance skills.

Responsibilities

• Directs clinical activities and daily operations of the Intensive Case Management (ICM) program.
• Supervises staff, plans workload, and evaluates performance.
• Oversees policy adherence, quality assurance and budget development.
• Ensures program activities are timely, evidence-based and client-centered.
• Collaborates with HR and SMT to recruit, train and retain diverse staff.
