Job summary

Home of Hope, Inc. is seeking an ICF/IID Administrator to oversee the administrative functions of the program, including supervision of Residential Support Leaders, QDDP, DSP and CMA staff, and alignment of activities with the director of administrative services.

Qualifications

• Essential job functions include supervision of Residential Support Leaders, QDDP, DSP and CMA; directing activities and prioritizing work to support clerical and administrative needs.
• Employee relations duties as a designated EEO advisor, investigating grievances and counseling staff.
• Fiscal management responsibilities including budgeting, cost analyses, and reporting to funding agencies.
• Interprets policies and regulations to ensure programs comply with state, federal, and HOH guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conducts meetings to disseminate information and coordinates unit activities to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
• Reviews directives, hires, promotions, and other personnel actions.
• Provides guidance on policy, regulation, and program implementation to staff and managers.
