Job summary

ICL seeks a senior manager to oversee administrative, operational, staffing, and clinical aspects of the program within its Supportive Housing and Adult Homes division. The role reports to the Divisional Vice President and directs clinical services, staff training, and program compliance.

The position requires strong leadership, budgetary oversight, and collaboration with interagency teams to ensure high-quality care and safety for staff and residents.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in social work, psychology, or another mental health field.
• Three years of professional mental health experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience working with housing populations, individuals with Serious Mental Illness and substance use.
• NYS licensure preferred (LMSW or LMHC).

Responsibilities

• Directs clinical treatment services and oversees development and review of treatment plans.
• Supervises program staff and conducts case conferences with the care team.
• Performs CORE audits of case records to assess treatment plan quality and progress notes.
• Manages personnel, fiscal operations, and compliance with agency policies and regulations.
• Coordinates with property management and quality management for audits and reporting.
